@jfro: thats an old ass harddisk....cut away of course to show the heads and platters. i remember those days....like a 10 MB disc cost fucking hundreds of dollars by the time they got to shrink em down in the later 80s. that model there was probably used in a datacenter enviornment though, given the capacity and the year and physical size, not in a personal computer. And now 20 years later you can get a 750 GB for a few hundred bucks...amazing!!! |

Christ, people need to give Cayne a break, I know he's looking for ideas but they don't have to come with the type of criticism I've been seeing, I know youre trying to be constructive, typer, and im not going off on YOU, but others arent so nice....I wonder what the url to their kick ass site that gets thousands of hits a day is. The other day, some dude wanted cayne to pay him for a suggestion! Thats just fucking ridiculous. The front page is nice, not flashy and has a decent balance of ads to content. Besides, the forum is the heart of phun, and thats alive and kickin.
Cayne, you kick ass. Don't let anyone try to tell you otherwise. I and many others know you work hard to entertain us at your expense and we appreciate it. Anyways thats the end of that rant..I just had to get that off my chest since everyone's been so critical.

Very good site. The reason why you may lose popularity at one point it is because your site isn't as innovative as it used to be and because you have more competition
This is not a bad thing, it is how the things are on the internet. I think that you have a winning formula, and you will be fine with mostly minor changes. |
